Who is sent to my house to do the work?

Your experienced specialist arrives at your home or business in uniform driving a clearly marked All Chores No More, LLC truck, ON TIME, AND READY TO WORK. All of our specialists are All Chores No More, LLC employees, not sub-contractors. Our specialists are insured.

Will I need to have the materials in order for All Chores No More, LLC. to do the work?

If there are any materials required for your job, you have several options:

  1. Obtaining those materials ahead of time saving money connected with material handling/pick-up costs.
  2. Do the shopping for any materials not on hand while our specialist is working at your home/business.
  3. Have All Chores No More, LLC. obtain the materials for you. However, please know that if the specialist gets your materials, he is "on the clock" and this time is billed at our regular rate.

Are your technicians bonded and insured?

Yes, All Chores No More, LLC. specialists are bonded and/or insured. At All Chores No More, LLC. our technicians are company employees and are covered under general liability and workers' compensation insurance.

Why is it important that a person who is providing service in my home is insured?

If the specialist gets injured during the job they are covered under workers' compensation. There will be no need to make a claim on your home owner's insurance policy.

How do you charge for your services?

At All Chores No More, LLC, we charge by the hour or the job. 

Can I get an estimate for my job?

At All Chores No More, LLC. can appreciate your need for estimates. You will be charged a 20.00 consult visit that will be applied as a credit on your invoice.

How do I pay?

We take cash, credit or check. Please make checks payable to All Chores No More, LLC. Our mailing address is: 4509 Minor Hill Rd. Ashland, MO 65010. If paying with cash please pay while the specialist is present at your location. If you are planning to pay with a credit card, we can take payment when the job has been completed or you can call 573-999-3250 and pay over the phone. There are extra charges included with credit card charges.

Pro-plan Questions

How do I know if I should sign up for the Pro-Plan or if I should call only when I need jobs done?

This is a great question. A lot of clients start as a "call as needed client" however those clients that enjoy our service and keep wanting to use us for other chores around the house, understand the value to becoming a P.R.O. Plan client.

How does scheduling work?

As a P.R.O plan member, you will either call or email us. We will direct you from there. Some chores are urgent and some are not. We will discuss the chore(s) with you and work together on a game plan. You will have a copy of "what to do" with your initial startup package.

How Does Billing Work?

You will be billed the day you sign up. Every month you will be billed the same day you signed up initially. If you are a pop up member, we will only charge the monthly service on the card and sent out each invoice with the savings to your e-mail.

Does the P.R.O Plan offer a guarantee on work?

As a member of our P.R.O. plan, we always work to take pride in the work we do. We work to have constant training and updating our skills/knowledge with all the products which we use. We do not warranty products. However, we want the best for you, so we will do what we can to make the situation as fair as possible. If you every have any issues with the work we have done, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes to resolve any issue.

Do I purchase the supplies I need for the work?

We will go to the store with or without you, whatever is most convenient for you. We will work with you to create a list and let you buy the materials if that is what you choose to do. Some materials are better left to us; however we want you learning too!

What is included in my P.R.O Plan?

Pretty much everything is wrapped in our packages listed on our P.R.O. Plan page. There may be times where the scope of the work is out of our experience.  If that is the case, we help set up those chores with appropriate and qualified vendors for you too! In addition, we assist by asking the right questions and will even review the third-party estimates too if desired.

What if I go over the amount of hours I signed up for?

Two of our plans come with a pre-specified number of man hours included each month. Any additional hours needed will be billed in addition to your monthly membership.

What if I have an emergency?

No problem! Give us a call and we will work to do what is necessary to assist you! This is one of the many added perks to being a member!

Who do I contact to get on the P.R.O Plan?

We have all sorts of ways you can sign up. The quickest and best way to sign up for a P.R.O. plan is to pick your package and sign-up online via our P.R.O. Plan page.  Alternatively, if you need extra assistance signing up, feel free to give us a call at 573-999-3250.

Can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan during the course of the contract. We will then issue a new contract at that date.

Are you licensed and insured?

Absolutely! We have workers' compensation on all our staff too. You're protected with us.

What if I don't use my time every month?

We automatically use any hours or rewards so you are able to have a lower monthly bill.

Are there additional discounts? Can I use coupons?

Our P.R.O Plans are discounted on the rates. At times we run specials; however, as a member you are receiving monthly discounts. Unless we run a special for our members, no additional coupons are able to be used.

Who do I call when I am a member and need help?

When you are a member, you receive a personal P.R.O Plan phone number and email to communicate. That will get you to right staff, which is helping you monitor your home.
